摘    要:研究机载多管火箭非满管射击试验方法,为减少机载多管火箭密集度试验用弹量提供新的试验方法。应用发射动力学和多体系统传递矩阵法理论,基于等起始扰动思想,建立了机载多管火箭发射动力学模型、特征方程和动力响应方程,并应用随机整数规划方法,形成了减少机载多管火箭试验用弹量方法。针对某19管机载多管火箭,提出了6发连射的密集度试验方案,试验验证使密集度试验用弹量比常规试验方法减少了68.4%,节省了大量试验费用。

Abstract:The non-full loading firing test method for airborne Multiple Launch Rocket System(MLRS) is studied. The new test method for reducing rockets consumption in dispersion test of airborne MLRS is presented. Applying the theory of launch dynamics and transfer matrix method of multibody system, based on the idea of equal initial disturbance, the launch dynamics model of airborne multiple launch rocket system is built, and the equations of vibration characteristics and dynamic response are deduced. Using random integer programming, the method for the reduction of rocket consumption in airborne multiple launch rocket system test s is presented. 6 tubes firing dispersion test scheme for a 19 tubes airborne multiple launch rocket system was presented using the proposed method. Using the new scheme, rocket consumption is decreased by 68.4%, and the test cost is reduced greatly.
