| 摘 要： | 在压铸模具传热过程合理简化的基础上，建立了压铸模具温度场的数学模型。采用商用软件ＳＯＬＩＤＷＯＲＫＳ作为前处理软件，ＣＯＳＭＯＳ作为后处理软件，实现了对复杂压铸件模具的三维造型，网络剖分及模拟结果显示。运用直接差分法开发了相应的温度场软件，为进一步研究压铸模具热应力场奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | On base of the reasonable simplification to heat translating process of die casting dies, the mathematical models of temperature field of die casting die were established. By using the commercial software SOLIDWORKS as pre-processing and COSMOS as post-processing, three -dimensional modeling, meshing and results viewing were accomplished. The software of temperature field of die casting dies was developed by using direct difference method and laid the foundationt of numerical simulation of thermal stress field of die casting die. |
