摘    要:介绍了某石化重整抽提装置再生器器壁开裂情况。通过对工艺运行状况分析、开裂部位的宏微观检验、化学成分分析和厚度测试等检验,分析材料因长期在敏化温度下工作造成材质敏化,加之局部超温,伴随内部压力的作用,发生沿晶开裂,随着裂纹的延伸加剧,形成脆性孔洞,直至穿透器壁。

Abstract:The crack of regenerator walls in a petrochemical reformer extraction unit was introduced. The process operating conditions,macro and micro examination of cracking position,chemical composition and thickness test were analyzed. The result is that the material work in the sensitized temperature for a long time,causing material sensitization. Along with the local over-temperature and the role of internal pres-sure,lead to intergranular crack. Eventually,the crack penetrates the regenerator walls by the crack ex-tending to brittle holes.
