城际铁路规划下的保障性住房选址策略研究——以武汉至咸宁城际铁路为例

我国的保障性住房建设正在如火如荼的进行中,国家也提出了相应的保障性住房建设目标,但是如何有效地保证这些保障性住房科学合理的落地建设是目前最大的难题。其中保障性住房的选址问题是制约因素之一。随着武汉城市圈城际铁路的建设,以及沿城际铁路轴向延伸的新城建设战略的提出,城铁新城为保障性住房的选址提供了新的思路,该文以武汉至咸宁城际铁路的贺胜桥站为例,通过对选址影响因素的分析,提出在城铁站点进行保障性住房选址和建设的可行性及策略建议。

Study on Site Selection Strategy of Ensuring Housing : A Case Study of Wuhan to Xianning Intercity Railway

With the rapid development of ensuring housing construction in China, the government also puts forward the goal of ensuring housing construction in the next five years. But the most important problem is how to guarantee the construction can be implemented scientifically the highly effective. The site selection of ensuing housing is one of the restrictive factors. Now the Wuhan to Xianning intercity railway, in the Wuhan urban agglomeration, has been built and the strategy of built the new towns along intercity railway station has been proposed. It provides a new way for site selection of ensuring housing. This essay takes Hesheng Bridge Station as an example, wants to put forwards suggestions in the strategy of ensuring housing site selection and the feasibility of ensuring housing site setection in the new town.
