| 摘 要： | 该文聚焦工业转型期城市滨水空间发展问题。以武汉为例,通过对滨水空间发展的四个时期:公共空间引导的社会价值重构、居住地产主导的土地价值提升、大型公建为触媒的场所价值再造、水环境大视野下的生态价值彰显,结合有代表性的滨水城市项目进行逐一分析。解读开发模式、总结空间特征、反思存在的问题,探索转型期提高滨水空间适应性,实现滨水区可持续发展的机制和可能性。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the development of urban waterfronts in inaustnal TransTormanon. Through a case study of Wuhan, the article clarifies four periods such as： public space led development, real estate led development, public building led development and water ecosystem led development, It analyzes the different development models, summarizes the spatial characteristics and reflects existing issues by analyzing some waterfront city projects. It investigates the adaptive strategies and sustainable development of urban waterfronts in process of industrial transformation. |
