摘    要:鉴于油田目前使用的水套加热炉大都存在热效率低、排烟温度高以及有安全隐患等缺陷,研制了CRHJ-250型常压超导热管水套加热炉。这种加热炉的技术关键在于筒体按常压结构设计,采用了超导热管和波纹管强化传热材料,大幅度提高了热效率。现场试验表明,2台新型250kW常压水套加热炉运行状况良好,热效率最高达88.11%,提高热效率13.11%;运行中排烟温度稳定在139~167℃,节气率达15.73%。常压结构设计,消除了因超压而爆炸的安全隐患。

Abstract:In view of the low heat efficiency and high temperature in fume exhaust and existance of potential safety hazard when the ordinary water jacket heater used, an atmospheric pressure water jacket heater with superheat pipes is developed. The heater body is designed with a atmospheric pressure structure, which adopts superheat pipes and corrugated pipes to improve greatly its heat efficiency. The field test shows that, two new water jacket heater operated well with a maximum heat efficiency of 88.11% and a stable fume exhaust temperature of 139-167 ℃, and it run safely with the potential safety hazard eliminated by adopting an atmospheric pressure structure.
