机载陀螺电源的小型化设计

摘    要:介绍用高性能低功耗的单片微处理器编程产生三相方波时序信号,用VMOS管构成逆变电源的输出级电路,实现了机载陀螺电源的小型化设计,并提高了电源负载能力.文中给出了三相方波时序信号发生器的程序源代码和逆变输出级电路的设计与计算方法.

Abstract:In this paper, to introduced to make use of the high performance,low power consume singlechip microcontroller to generate three phrase square wave signal, use of the VMOS semiconductor constitute the output stage electric circuit of the power supply. Implementation the power carrying load and minimize the power consume. In the text, providing program souce code of generating three phrase square wave signal, the caculation methode in design of output stage electric circuit.
