汽车转向桥弯曲疲劳强度研究

摘    要:提出了疲劳破坏是汽车转向桥实际工作中主要存在的一个问题,对某型客车转向桥进行了结构的改进设计,并建立了其有限元分析模型,使用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了静力及疲劳强度计算,在自行研制的液压激振试验台上进行了试验验证。有限元分析及试验结果均表明,改进后的转向桥疲劳强度能满足使用要求。

Abstract:The main problem existed in the practical job of automobile steering bridge is fatigue damage has been put forward. The improvement design of structure was carried out on the steering bridge of certain typed coach and its finite element analytical model was established. Calculations of static force and fatigue strength have been carried out by means of using the general finite element analytical software ANSYS, and the experimental verification has been conducted on the self-developed hydraulic excitation test-bed. Finite element analysis and result of experiment all indicated that the fatigue strength of steering bridge after improvement could satisfy the requirement of application.
