平尺磨削工艺研究

摘    要:平尺是一种较为典型的窄长型、精度要求较高的零件,磨削加工中受磨削热和磨削力的影响极易变形,加工的关键就是如何控制和消除变形。我们通过合理的选用砂轮、磨削用量以及采用正确的测量及装夹方法等工艺措施.较好地解决了磨削变形问题,保证了零件的加工质量。

Abstract:Flat ruler is a kind of narrow long and high precision parts, which is prone to be deformed under the effect of grinding heat and grinding forces. The key probleme is to prevent it from deforming when grinding. 40# and 80# WA grinding wheels were chosen for rough grinding and precision grinding respectively. Magnetic clamps and mat were used for holding the parts. Low transverse feed speed was adopted for half precison grinding and precision grinding. Good Maching quality was obtained.
