| Abstract: | The performance and effectiveness of budget allocation of government finance attracts a high attention from the public currently. Performance assessment of budget projects is the most difficult part and bottleneck for the implementation of cost-benefit assessment of the budget projects. The author proposes thinking of index design and methods through the analysis of budge projects of water sector. |
