聚羧酸系减水剂用于水下不分散混凝土的研究

摘    要:聚羧酸系减水剂作为新一代高性能减水剂,用其配制水下不分散混凝土,可以充分发挥其低掺量、高减水率、良好的流动度保持性、良好的增强效果等优点。试验对比了掺聚羧酸系高性能减水剂(GX)、萘系高效减水剂(FDN)和氨基磺酸系高效减水剂(AS)水下不分散混凝土的流动度、流动度保持性、用水量和抗压强度,结果表明掺加GX的水下不分散混凝土其各项性能更优。

Abstract:As a new type high performance water reducer,the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has many advantages such as low dosage,high water reducing rate,good fluidity retention and good strength increasing capacity.The fluidity,fluidity retention,water consumption and compression strength of anti-washout concrete added with polycarboxylate superplasticizer(GX),naphthalene sulfate based superplasticizer(FDN) or aminosulfonic acid-based superplasticizer(AS) are tested and compared.The results indicate that the anti-washout concrete added with GX has the best performances.
