压力传感器标定装置高压密封垫的设计

摘    要:介绍了压力传感器标定装置专用的高压密封转接装置的结构及密封原理,采用有限元分析法设计了一种带增压槽的高压密封垫,并通过试验验证了其合理性.该密封垫在压力较小时主要靠线密封,当压力较大时,密封点逐渐向增压槽两边转移,靠小面积密封,可密封800 MPa以内的高压,且安装扭矩也比较合理.
