餐饮废水处理方法研究

摘    要:综述了餐饮废水处理方法的现状,并根据其主要特点将其分为油水分离技术、废水处理技术、废油脂提炼技术。介绍了物理法和化学法分离油水的应用,絮凝法和生物法在废水处理中的应用,并对废油脂的提炼进行简单介绍。

Abstract:This article summarized the present situation of restaurant wastewater treatment methods.These methods can be classed by its main characteristic into oil-and-water trap technique,no oil waste water treatment technique and waste oil extraction and purification technique.It introduced the applications of physics and chemistry methods in oil-and-water trap,coagulation technology and biological treatment technology in wastewater treatment.Waste oil extraction and purification technique are introduced.
