摘    要:为了解决贵州小煤矿偷漏税问题,结合GPRS和IC卡的优点,设计了煤炭税费征收系统的软硬件.给出了整个系统的硬件连接简图,并对C8051F020功能作了简要介绍,详细地给出了E5112的功能、使用方法以及数据帧格式.还给出了下位机程序流程图,IC卡读写顺序以及基于E5112的GPRS数据收发方法.该系统目前正处于试用阶段,效果良好.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of tax dodging for small coal mine of Guizhou, the system of coal revenue tax including of software and hardware is designed, which made use of advantages of GPRS and IC card. The total hardware scheme is presented, and function, usage and data frame format for E5112 are described in detail. The program flow chart of slave computer, sequence of IC card read-write, data transfer of GPRS based on E5112 are presented. The system is successfully being tested.
