| 摘 要： | 武器装备制造成本是军事部门对装备建设进行决策的重要依据。如何在满足武器装备战术技术指标的同时，合理有效地估算制造成本，是武器装备决策和研制部门迫切需要解决的问题。参数法是较为有用的新型武器系统制造成本估算方法。该文应用回归分析和灰色系统预测理论建立参数方程，解决武器系统制造成本估算问题。

| Abstract: | The evaluation of weaponry cost plays an important role in military decision. How to estimate production cost reasonably and effectively under satisfied the weaponry technical specification, is a question which military and weaponry development departments need to solve urgently. The parameter method is comparatively useful in the cost estimation of new type weapon system. The theory of multiple variable linear regression equation and grey system forecast was applied to resolve cost evaluation of the weapon system. |
