基于DSP的三相PWM可控整流系统的设计

摘    要:为了克服四象限变频调速系统中采用二极管整流带来的不足,用三相PWM整流器代替二极管整流器,设计了基于32位集成DSPTMS320F2812的三相PWM可控整流系统.提出了一种新的同步相位角度控制方案,提高了电网电压定向矢量角度的精度,简化了SVPWM算法,实现了能量以高功率因数的双向传递.实验结果验证了可控整流系统设计的正确性.

Abstract:To overcome the shortcomings of the four quadrants general purpose inverter,the control system of three-phase PWM rectifier based on DSP TMS320F2812 chip is designed replacing the diode rectifier with three-phase PWM rectifier.A new and more accurately method has been put up to determine the angle of the oriented vector of the AC mains,which can reduce the harmonic current fed intothe AC main significantly,realize the energy transfer from the AC mains to the motor bidirectionally with a high power factor.And the experimental results validate this control system.
