摘    要:分析了切削过程中车削切削力和功率的影响因素;以Visual Basic 6.0为前台开发工具,以SQL Server 2005为后台数据库开发平台,采用基于规则推理方法,开发了车削切削力及切削功率快速计算系统。采用该系统可大大减少设计工作量,提高计算效率。

Abstract:The factors that influence turning force and power are analyzed. With Visual Basic 6.0 as the front developing tool and SQL Server 2005 as the development platform of back-end database,the fast calculating system of turning force and power is developed by using the method of rule-based-reasoning. The system can greatly reduce the workload of designers and improve the efficiency of calculation.
