极软岩巷道与硐室成套修复加固技术研究

摘    要:针对已变形破坏巷道支护和施工困难的特殊性,基于马钢集团和睦山矿区水文地质情况和-300 m井底车场巷道围岩状况,对该矿区极软岩巷道进行变形分析并分类,提出整套针对极软岩变形破坏巷道修复加固支护设计和施工技术。支护结构的现场变形实测结果表明,该支护设计和施工技术可有效控制极软岩变形破坏巷道的围岩变形,支护效果良好,具有良好的技术推广价值。

Abstract:Due to the particular difficulties of support design and construction technology of deformation and damage in extra softrock,classification by analyzing the deformation of this laneway,the whole supporting system and construction technique of deformation and damage in extra softrock are put forward,based on the hydrology geology and-300m wall rock conditions of the laneway in shaft station of the Hemushan diggings of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co.Ltd.The real deformation measured results show that this supporting system and construction technique can effectively control the wall rock deformation of deformation and damage roadway in extra softrock.It proves that this system has good supporting effect and technical value,worthing popularizing.
