注射成形粘结钕铁硼/铁氧体复合磁体的研究

摘    要:对注射成形粘结Nd-Fe-B/铁氧体复合磁体进行了深入的研究。实验结果表明:随着铁氧体磁粉的加入,复合磁体的磁性能虽略有降低,但其力学性能及热稳定性均有大幅度改善,特别是在铁氧体含量为87%(质量分数时),复合磁体内禀矫顽力温度系数为零,不同磁粉间静磁场的存在,使得复合磁体在铁氧体含量低于70%(质量分数)时,其磁性能大于平均值,而大于70%(质量分数)时则小于平均值。

Abstract:The bonded hybrid magnets of Nd-Fe-B/Ferrite prepared by injection molding were investigated.The result shows that the mechanical strength and the thermal stability of bonded hybrid magnet are improved markedly with addition of ferrite in Nd-Fe-B powder,whereas its magnetic performance is reduced slightly.And the temperature coefficient of coercivity with zero is obtained in hybrid magnet with 87%(mass fraction) ferrite and 13%(mass fraction) HDDR Nd-Fe-B.Due to the magnetic dipole field between the different powders,the magnetic performance of hybrid magnet with Fe_3O_4 of less 70%(mass fraction) is better than the average.However,when Fe_3O_4 fraction more than 70%,its magnetic properties are worse than average.
