高纯间苯二甲醛合成工艺的改进

摘    要:通过对间苯二甲醛现有生产工艺的研究,对传统的间二甲苯氯化、氧化水解工艺进行了改进,总收率达到50.2%,比原有工艺提高11%,产品纯度在99.6%以上,并降低了成本。

Abstract:The traditional synthesis method of m-phthalaldehyde with chlorination and catalytic oxidation was improved on the basis of current producing process of m-phthalaldehyde. The results showed that the yield of the product reached more than 50.2%,which was 11% higher than that obtained in the traditional method,with a purity of over 99.6%. The improved method markedly decreased cost of product.
