间硝基苯甲醛的合成工艺研究

摘    要:以间硝基甲苯为原料,以AIBN(偶氮二异丁腈)为催化剂合成间硝基苯甲醛。在n(间硝基甲苯)∶n(氯溴酸)∶n(双氧水)=1∶3∶3,溴化温度65~75℃,溴化时间8~9h,氧化水解时间在8h的优化条件下,产品收率30.4%,纯度99.2%。

Abstract:3-Nitrobenzaldehyde was prepared from 3-nitrotoluene using AIBN as catalyst through bromination,hydration and oxidation. The yield and purity of 3-nitrobenzaldehyde was 30.4% and 99.2% under the optimum reaction conditions,n(3-nitrotoluene) ∶ n(hydrogen bromide) ∶ n(hydrogen peroxide) was 1 ∶ 3 ∶ 3,the bromination temperation was 65~75℃,the bromination time was 8~9 h,hydrolysis and oxidation time was 8 h.
