新型膨胀石墨复合保温材料的研究

摘    要:利用多种具有良好膨胀性能和隔热性能的含碳材料,通过优化复配,开发出了一种性能优良的炉外铁水保温材料。工业试验表明,膨胀石复合保温材料的保温性、铺展性和溶渣均优于碳化稻壳。

Abstract:The excellent heat-preserving material is developed by mean s of optim ization and making use of many kinds of carbonic materials and expansion graphit e that have good property of expansion and heat insulation.The heat-preserving material has been used in heat-preserving of molten iron.The industrial experim ent shows that the excellent function of the material such as heat-preserving,s preading and slag are more excellent than that of carbonized rice husk.
