石油化工过程动态仿真的递阶方法

摘    要:石油化工过程动态仿具的递阶方法融合了面向方程和面向模块方法各自的优点,将流量变化等工艺过程中主要的“快过程”用面向方程的方法求角,将组分变化,相平衡、化学反应等“慢过程”按设备组成相对独立的模块,用面向模块的方法求解。工艺过程与控制系统分别提高了仿真软件的可移植性,变步长仿真方法提高了仿真效率。

Abstract:The hierarchical dynamic simulation method for petrochemical industrial processes takes foe advantages of successful experiences in Equation-Oriented and Modular-Oriented methods. On the one hand, it uses Equation Oriented method to solve rapid processes such as flow rate changes. on the other, it builds comparatively independent modules for each piece of equipment in slow processes such as composition changes. phase equilibria and chemical reactions,and uses Modular-Oriented method to solve them. By the means of modeling technological processes and control systems separately, the portability of simulation software is improved. In addition, the varied step size improves the efficiency of simulation.
