摘    要:20MnSi,20钢和45钢铸坯内部裂纹与偏析带相互混杂分布在柱状晶区。偏析带有较高的磷含量及MnS夹杂。而这些MnS夹杂在低倍酸蚀时由于选择腐蚀而造成了“裂纹”的假象,这些裂纹无法用超声进行预检。当轧制比在15-20时可基本消除这种缺陷。

Abstract:It is observed that the internal cracks together with segregated narrow- band were developed at columnar zone of steel 20,45,20MuSt continuous casting billets. As MnS inclusions were eaten out at segregated narrow- band on macroetched sample, the imitative cracks were appeared, that couldn't be detected using ultrasonic testing. This defect eliminated essentially after rolling with forging ratio from 15 to 20.
