摘    要:设计并制作了一种电磁式冲击波发生器,该发生器包括激励源和换能器两部分。分析了激励源及换能器的工作原理;对换能器振动系统的基频频率进行测量,依据周边嵌定振动板的基频与各次泛频的关系得到换能器振动系统的各次泛频;换能器在较高频率振动时,还应具有足够的电声转换效率和较高的输出功率,采用得到的振动系统的各次泛频作为机电耦合的匹配频率来满足这一要求。检测结果表明,设计制作的电磁式冲击波发生器达到预期设计要求。

Abstract:An electromagnetic shock wave generator composed of an excitation source and a transducer was designed and fabricated. The operating principles of the excitation source and the transducer were analyzed. The fundamental frequency of the transducer vibration system was calculated and measured. The overtones frequencies of the transducer were obtained based on the relationship between the fundamental frequency and the overtone frequencies of the fixed edge vibration plate. In practical applications, the transducer operating in the higher frequencies should have sufficient electro acoustic conversion efficiency and high power output. Thus in this operating system, the obtained high order overtone frequencies of the vibration system were used as the matching frequency for electromechanical coupling to satisfy this requirement. The test results indicated that the designed electromagnetic shock wave generator satisfied with the requirements of the intended design.
