基于模糊调节的永磁同步电动机步进控制系统

摘    要:对交流电机矢量控制和直接转矩控制时的动、静态特性进行了深入研究,以提高系统响应速度和减小转矩脉动为目标,在步进传动理论的基础上引入模糊逻辑思想,提出了一种基于模糊调节电流矢量作用时间的步进控制策略,以改善磁链和转矩的平稳性及快速性。仿真和实验结果表明:这种新的控制策略使永磁同步电动机的转矩脉动大大减小,而且系统的调速性能和定位精度达到了期望的要求。

Abstract:Firstly,the advantage and disadvantage of vector control(VC) and direct torque control(DTC) for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is analyzed,and then study the dynamic and static characteristic of the both control theories.For the sake of improving the response speed and decrease the torque ripple,fuzzy logic idea is introduced to PMSM step-motion control theory by fuzzy modulating the current vector.Simulation and experimental results are presented,and it is confirmed that the new control strategy based on the characteristic of PMSM is able to smooth torque,flux linkage and quicken their response.
