| 摘 要： | 运用有限元分析软件对工作状态下双排异径球型回转支承发生故障前后的外圈应力分布及其表面应力变化的规律进行分析，基于对计算结果的数值分析提出回转支承局部损伤类故障可以通过监测回转支承外圈表面应力的变化来诊断。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the stress' distribution and varying law of the outer ring of the double row ball (with different diameters)rotary bearing before and when faults occur using finite element method.The numerical analysis shows that large rotary bearing faults can be detected by analyzing the varying law of the outer ring stress. |
