GICs技术改性包覆天然鳞片石墨的研究

摘    要:利用石墨层间化合物(GICs)技术对天然鳞片石墨进行结构改性。通过XRD和SEM分析,证实了GICs技术改性的包覆鳞片石墨能在充放电过程中更好地维持着包覆后的“核-壳”结构,提高了其循环稳定性。在1C倍率下,50次循环后,球形鳞片石墨和GICs改性鳞片石墨的容量保持率分别为84.6%和99.4%。

Abstract:The graphite intercalation compounds(GICs) technology was employed in the structure modification of natural flake graphite.The analysis of XRD and SEM proved that the coated natural flake graphite modified by the GICs technology could maintain its "core-shell" structure and improve the cycle stability during the charge-discharge process.After 50 cycles,the capacity retention rate of globular flake graphite and GICs modified flake graphite was 84.6% and 99.4% at 1 C,respectively.
