水文化嵌入生态文明建设的实践与探讨

在阐述水文化发展与生态文明建设关系的基础上,将水文化表现形态划分为物质形态、制度形态以及精神形态,简要分析其特征与内涵,着重探讨水文化嵌入生态文明建设的意义及嵌入方式。以芦江河文化建设为例,从挖掘、继承和弘扬传统水文化,提炼传统治水、用水理念,加强水生态文化建设,建设水文化示范点4个方面入手,探讨芦江河流域水文化嵌入当地生态文明建设的规划实践。

Study of practice of water culture-embedded ecological civilization construction

On the basis of an elaboration of the relationship between the development of water culture and the construction of an ecological civilization, the water culture is divided into the physical form of water culture, the systemic form of water culture, and the spiritual form of water culture. The characteristics and implications of water culture are briefly analyzed. The significance and the mode of the water culture embedded in ecological civilization construction are discussed. A case study of the culture construction with regard to the Lujiang River was conducted. With focuses placed on exploration, inheritance, and promotion of traditional water culture; refinement of traditional ideas of water management and utilization; enhancement of water ecological culture construction; and construction of water culture demonstration sites, the practice of water culture-embedded ecological civilization construction in the Lujiang River Basin is discussed.
