小尺度水域保护划界方法研究——以台州市新桥镇为例

摘    要:基于水域保护工作的现实需求和现行定性划界的局限性,以水域研究单元尺度范围较小的新桥镇为例,在对水域进行分类识别、区域功能定位、水面率需求分析和土地利用分析的基础上,建立相应影响因子集并确定其赋值与权重,借助GIS叠加分析技术得到水域保护边界。基于系统定量分析的方法,引入因子评价和GIS叠加分析技术,可使划界成果更为客观地满足区域内各水域保护需求,针对性强、覆盖范围全,具有较强可操作性、落地性,避免水域保护范围划定过程中单一标准造成的可实施性不高的缺陷,为中、大尺度研究提供支撑。

Abstract:Based on the need of water area protection and the limitation of the current delimitation method, taking Xinqiao Town as a case study, the delimitation method of small-scale water area protection was studied. Based on the classification and identification of water area, regional functional orientation, demand analysis of water surface ratio, and land use analysis, the set of influence factors was established, the value and weight of the influence factor were assigned, and the boundary of water area protection was delimitated using GIS overlay analysis technology. This study is based on the method of systematically quantitative analysis, influence factor assessment, and GIS analysis techniques and the delimitation result, which is with more maneuverability, pertinence, and spreadability, meets the needs of various types of water area protection. This study avoids the shortage of the delimitation of water area protection with single standard, providing supports for medium-scale and large-scale studies.
