氢化物发生——原子荧光光谱法测定气田废水中的痕量铅

摘    要:采用氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法测定气田废水中的痕量铅。方法有简便、快速、干扰少、重现性好、灵敏度高与准确度高等优点。铅的测定线性范围为 0 .0 0~ 5 0 0 .0 0ng/ml,方法的检出限为 0 .2 973ng/ml,相对标准偏差≤ 9 8% ,加标回收率在 93 2 %~ 10 3%范围内。测定密码标样与气田废水中的痕量铅 ,获得了满意的结果。

Abstract:Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was adopted to determine trace amounts of lead in gas field sewage.This method has the merits of operation convenience and rapidity,less confusion,better repeatability,higher sensitivity and higher accuracy.The linear range of determination was from 0.00ng/mL to 500.00 ng/mL,the detectde limit of this method was 0.2973 ng/mL while relative standard deviation less than 9.8% and mark-on recovery ranging from 93.2% to 103%.This method obtained a satisfactory result for determining code sample and trace amounts of lead in gas field sewage.
