电能量负荷综合管理系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of Combined Management System for Both Electric Energy and Power Demand

This paper introduces the design,construction and application of combinedmanagement system for both electric energy and power demand in Guilin Power Supply Bureau.The system collects the data from electric energy meters far away automatically through optical fiber,telephone line and GPRS instead of local manual collection.It calculates and analyzes by accurate data the operation of customer metering equipment,the variation in power demand,the line loss fluctuation and the energy consuming conditions.The system realizes the load forecast,line loss analysis,trouble shooting and prevention of illegal using of electricity.The system also realizes the electricity using management for big consumers and bulk sale counties and provides effective analyzing data for marketing management and electric power demand management.Through the quick and effective energy management of the clients,the system supplies the technique guarantee for line loss management of the power supply bureau.
