摘    要:热等离子体裂解天然气是可以高效转化天然气的技术手段之一,当以氮气为工作气体时主要产物有乙炔、乙烯、氢气。在常压下分别探讨了不同功率、天然气流量和氮气流量对天然气的转化率、乙炔及乙烯的选择性和收率以及不计氮气体积时乙炔在气相中浓度的影响。实验发现:在5~15 kW功率范围内,氮等离子体炬裂解天然气时要得到最大乙炔收率,天然气与氮气流量比应以1∶1.8左右为佳;如要使乙炔的选择性最大,则天然气与氮气的最佳流量比为1∶1。给定功率时,功率、天然气流量与氮气流量应适当匹配以避免过大的天然气进气量造成天然气裂解不够,降低目的碳二烃产品的收率。当提高功率时,氮气和天然气流量必须相应增加才有可能维持比较高的乙炔收率。天然气和氮气流量不变时,功率越高,乙炔的选择性和收率都会降低,但乙炔收率下降比乙炔选择性下降缓慢。

Abstract:Cracking natural gas with thermal plasma is one of the technical tools to convert natural gas efficiently. With nitrogen as the working gas, the main products include acetylene, ethylene and hydrogen. Under normal pressure and with different power, the influence of natural gas flow and nitrogen flow is discussed on the conversion ratio of natural gas, the selectivity and yield of acetylene and ethylene, and the concentration of acetylene in gas phase when nitrogen volume is not considered. Experiments find in the range of 5 — 15 kW power, when cracking natural gas with plasma torch, the best flow ratio of natural gas to nitrogen is about 1:1.8 to obtain the maximal yield of acetylene. To obtain the maximal selectivity of acetylene, the best flow ratio of natural gas to nitrogen is 1∶1. Under a certain power, the proper proportion should be maintained for power, natural gas flow and nitrogen flow to prevent over feeding volume of natural gas causing un sufficient gas cracking and decreasing yield of hydrocarbon with C2. When power increases, the nitrogen and natural gas flow should increase correspondingly to keep high acetylene yield. When natural gas and nitrogen flow is constant, the higher the power, the lower the acetylene selectivity and yield. But the acetylene yield decreases slower than the acetylene selectivity does.
