| 摘 要： | 美国次贷危机引发的金融危机,究竟会演化成一场多么严重的经济危机尚未可知,但国内外很多人士已经在兴高采烈地预言：美国即将衰落,70年代末以来兴起的＂新自由主义＂接近尾声,甚至走了200多年的资本主义也要终结了。然而,只有全面了解新自由主义所倡导的理念,才能客观评价本次危机的真正原因,使我们在社会主义建设中能够更好地取其精华,弃其糟粕。

| Abstract: | It＇s unknow how seriously this financial crisis triggered by the subprime mortgage crisis of the US will develop.Many people home and abroad have made predictions：the US will decline,new freedom doctrine that arose in the late of 1970s will be ended;even the capitalism that has existed for two hundred years will ultimately terminate.However,only when the concept initiated in the doctrine comprehesively understood,can the real causes of this crisis objectively be evaluated,and so we can draw the essence and reject the useless in socialist construction. |
