电磁轴承的力学特性

摘    要:本文导出了主动型电磁推力轴承的承载能力、刚度、阻尼和稳定区域的解析表达式并对其进行了无量纲化计算,以PD和PID控制为例推导出调节参数与轴承设计参数、偏置电流的关系式和各种静、动力学特性曲线,为进一步研究多自由度控制的电磁轴承转子系统的动力学性能打下基础.本文的研究方法和部分结果也适用于电磁径向轴承.

Abstract:This paper reasons about the analytical formulas of the carrying capacity, stiffness, damping and steady region of active magnetic thrust bearings. These formulas are engaged in non dimensional calculation. The relation between the regulative parameters of PD and PID control circuit and the design carrying capacity, stiffness, damping, structral parameter, bias current and the relationships of the mechanical characteristics are gained. It lays a good foundation for further research on dynamical performance of the rotor system of magnetic bearings with the control of multifreedoms. The method of analysis in this paper and some results can be extended to the active magnetic radial bearings.
