摘    要:采用微电解-ClO2催化氧化-生化复合废水处理技术对氟化工中硝基和胺基废水进行处理,工程运行表明:在常温、常压下,进水平均COD 6040mg/L、色度600倍时,经微电解-ClO2催化氧化复合处理后,出水平均COD≤370mg/L、色度≤20倍,CODcr去除率≥93.8%;经后续生化处理后,出水COD≤100mg/L、色度≤20倍,CODcr去除率≥72.9%,各项指标均能达标排放。因此,微电解-ClO2催化氧化—生化复合废水处理技术对氟化工中硝基和胺基废水处理效果较理想。

Abstract:The authors applied micro-electrolysis-ClO2 catalytic oxidation-biochemical wastewater treatment technique in treating nitro-containing and copper-containing wastewater.The continuous operation results indicated that the treatment is effective,CODCr removal rate exceeded 93.8%(≥93.8%),color dropped from 600 times to 200 times,after the combined biochemical treatment,while the average COD value is dropping from 6040mg/L to 370mg/L under room temperature and atmospheric pressure.After the post-treatment,COD ≤100mg/Lc、olor ≤20 times,CODcr removal rate≥72.9% and meanwhile all indexes are able to meet national discharge standard.Therefore,micro-electrolysis-ClO2 catalytic oxidation turned to be very effective technique in treating nitro-containing and copper-containing wastewater.
