| Abstract: | The structural features and forming technique of an HDPE bottle cap were analyzed.The structure design and working process of an injection mould for the forming were stated in detail.The injection mould is characterized by hot runner and two-step forced demoulding mechanism that operates automatically and efficiently and makes stable quality of products. |
