摘    要:采用金相显微镜、电子探针、能谱仪等对 Q345R中厚板探伤不合格试样进行了分析。结果表明:中厚板心部有偏析,偏析处出现贝氏体组织和夹杂物是探伤不合格的原因。通过优化炼钢工艺,改进轧制冷却工艺,可减少夹杂物及中心贝氏体。

Abstract:The unqualified specimens of Q345R medium and heavy plate were analyzed by metallographic microscope, electron probe and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results showed that there was segregation in the center of the plate,and the bainite structure and inclusions at the segregation were the cause of disqualification. Inclusions and the central bainite could be decreased by optimizing the steel making process and improving the cooling process.
