基于模糊层次分析法的瓦斯隧道施工安全风险评估

摘    要:以安平瓦斯隧道工程为例,采用模糊层次分析法,结合专家意见建立了瓦斯隧道施工安全的层次结构模型,计算了各级指标的权重,再利用模糊综合评价法和专家打分,对指标体系中的各类风险因素及整体进行安全等级评判。结果表明安平瓦斯隧道危险等级为第三级,主要风险有害因素有通风系统风险、人员身体状况和业务素质、安全意识、安全监测系统、消防系统等,根据该评价结果,制定相应的控制措施,减少施工过程中的损失。借助定性和定量的方法评价瓦斯隧道风险评级指标和相应的施工风险,使评价过程和结果更合理、科学。

Safety Risk Assessment of Gas Tunnel Construction Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract:Taking Anping Gas Tunnel Project in China as a study case,we established a hierarchical structure model of construction safety of Anping Gas Tunnel by adopting Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and expert opinions. The weights of indicators at all levels were calculated, and the risk factors and the overall safety level in the index system were evaluated using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and expert scoring. It is concluded that the risk of Anping Gas Tunnel was at the third grade. Its main risk and harmful factors include ventilation system risk,personnel’s physical condition and professional quality,safety awareness,safety monitoring system,fire fighting system,etc. Based on the evaluation results,the corresponding control measures are formulated to reduce the losses in the construction process. Qualitative and quantitative methods are used to evaluate the risk rating index and corresponding construction risk of gas tunnel,which makes the evaluation process and results more reasonable and scientific.
