水泥粉磨节能降耗的技术措施

摘    要:粉磨电耗约占水泥生产总电耗的65%~75%,降低水泥粉磨电耗对我国节能减排有重要意义。论述了合理选择粉磨工艺,粉磨系统的合理科学改造,应用助磨剂是实现水泥粉磨节能降耗的重要技术措施。

Abstract:The proportion of power consumption of cement grinding in the total power consumption of cement production is about 65 % - 75 %, so it has very important significance to reduce the power consumption of cement grinding in our country. In this paper, there are important technical measurements, such as the proper grinding technique, scientific improvement of grinding system, application of grinding aid to realize the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
