醇腈酶催化合成手性氰醇的研究进展

摘    要:概括了不同来源醇腈酶的结构及其催化合成手性氰醇的立体构型.举例证实醇腈酶能够催化除天然底物外的多种底物的羟氰化反应,有广泛的应用价值,并对醇腈酶在手性药物合成中的应用作了介绍.

Abstract:Structures and spatial configurations of the corresponding cyanohydrins catalyzed by oxynitrilases with different source were summarized. Some examples were given to confirm that many non-nature substrates could be catalyzed by oxynitrilases, which are widely applied. Its applications in the synthesis of chiral pharmaceuticals is introduced.
