| 摘 要： | 电力工业特殊性决定了电力市场中发电市场属于寡头垄断市场,发电商或多或少拥有一定的市场力。在对厂商市场力影响因素进行详细分析的基础上,探讨并构建了区域电力市场厂商市场力主要评估指标。以IEEE30节点区域电力市场某一交易时段为例,基于经济调度,应用主成分分析方法,对市场中6个发电商的市场力水平进行了综合评估。结果表明各厂商市场力水平各异;各评估指标对市场力水平均有较大的影响,为市场监管及运营部门对厂商市场力识别、评估和控制提供了一定的依据和参考。
