| 摘 要： | 针对我国当前城市电网评价指标体系的不足,通过分析对比世界大都市电网评价理论与方法,构建了针对我国大都市电网特点的综合评价体系。该体系在电网可靠性、安全性、经济性等传统评价模块的基础上融入了经济协调性及环境协调性两方面的内容,综合考虑了大都市电网运行的外部效应。结合层次分析法(AHP)及信息熵理论的优点,利用基于熵权法修正的层次分析法实现对大都市电网进行综合评价。该指标体系及评价模型能够方便地对我国大都市电网进行分析及评价,为城网规划及安全运行提供了辅助工具。最后,以某几个大都市电网为例,说明了本指标体系及评价模型的合理性与适用性。
