| 摘 要： | 《崇明生态岛建设纲要》的编制与发布,明确了2020年崇明生态岛具体生态保护和建设目标,也对涉水评价指标提出了具体要求。本文从纲要编制的背景入手,调查了涉水指标骨干河道水质合格率、饮用水水源地水质达标率和城镇污水集中处理率的现状,分析了三项涉水指标现状与目标要求的差距,并提出通过开展河道综合治理、推进供水集约化、加快污水处理设施建设和强化管理完善监督考核机制来提高评价指标的对策措施,为有关部门贯彻落实涉水指标工作提供参考。
