| Abstract: | The article explains the meaning of "harmony".Through the analysis of enterprises′ diversity,the meaning of "harmonious enterprises" can be understood better.The article also analyses the function of human resources management in "harmonious management" from different angles of inspiring,system,mechanism,assess and so on.The harmony between senior managers is the first element to harmonious enterprises.A new view of harmony based on the subsistence and development of enterprises has been put forward. |
