摘    要:通过扫描电镜(SEM)和EDS能谱分析仪对IF钢热轧板的表面翘皮缺陷进行了分析,发现翘皮一侧明显与基体相连接,且沿轧制方向呈连续的直线分布;裂缝附近的微观组织具有明显的轧制组织特性,说明翘皮缺陷发生在轧制后半程。为此,结合工艺参数、设备状况进行了研究。结果表明:翘皮缺陷产生的主要原因是板坯边角部与芯部温差过大,在热轧过程中发生不均匀变形而导致的,对此提出了相应的控制措施。

Abstract:The scar defect on the surface of hot rolled IF steel plate was investigated by scan electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS).The results showed that one side of the defect was connected with the matrix,and there was a continuous linear distribution along the rolling direction.As the microstructure near the crack had obvious characteristics of the microstructure of the rolling,it indicated that the surface scar defect had generated in the latter pass of the rolling.Combined with the process parameters and equipment status,this research show that the main formation reason of scar defect is that the temperature difference between the edge and the center of slab which leads to the non-uniform deformation in the course of hot rolling.Therefore,the control measures were put forward.
