基于LabVIEW的钢轨打磨实验台测控系统设计

摘    要:详细介绍了钢轨打磨实验台测控系统的设计.钢轨打磨实验台的测控系统由数据采集卡、隔离数字I/O卡、RS232/RS485转换器、工控机和测控软件构成.根据系统要求,数据采集卡选用PCI-1713U,数字I/O卡选用PCI-1750.系统采用LabVIEW设计,包括数据采集、气路控制、串行通信、采样数据图形显示和采样数据存储5部分,采用多线程并行结构.基于研华公司提供的开发库实现了被测力数据的采集,通过NI Modbus工具包实现了工控机和变频器之间的串行数据通信,采用LabSQL工具包完成了采样数据的存储.实验结果表明,测控系统工作正常,采样数据准确,气路控制可靠,通信稳定,达到了实验提出的要求.

Abstract:The design of measurement and control system for experiment platform of grinding rail is introduced in detail.This system consists of data acquisition card,isolated digital I/O card,RS232/485 converter,IPC and measurement and control software.According to the system requirements,PCI-1713U and PCI-1750 are selected.The system is designed with LabVIEW,and consists of data acquisition,air channel control,serial communication,graphical display of samples and samples storage,software structure is multi-thread.The data acquisition for forces is realized based on development library provided by ADVANTECH,the serial communication between IPC and inverter is realized with NI Modbus packet,samples storage is achieved with LabSQL packet.Experiment results show that the measurement and control system is working properly,samples are accurate,air channel control is reliable,communication is stable,the demands of experiment are achieved.
