小型型钢热轧工序能效评估方法研究

摘    要:针对以中间产品(钢)为计算基准来分析钢铁企业能耗所存在的弊端,提出了一种以最终合格产品为计算基准、引入原料的初始载能和外供产品载能的新的工序能耗计算方法。对小型型钢热轧工序进行的实例分析得出,小型型钢热轧生产应以加热、轧制两个子工序的节能降耗为重点,兼顾水处理子工序能耗。并将加热、轧制、水处理3个子工序设置为3个相对独立的模块,以满足不同工序流程和产品结构的组合要求,且便于计算和评估。

Abstract:Aimed at the disadvantage of energy efficiency assessment model based on per ton steel,a new calculation model was established based on per ton end product,leading the incoming material energy carrier and end product energy carrier into this model.An example showed that two processes of reheating and rolling were the most important factors for energy-saving in small section steel hot rolling.This calculation model was flexible and effective using three relatively independent modules of reheating,rolling,and water treatment.
