| 摘 要： | 介绍了重负荷工业齿轮油研制过程，包括基础油和添加剂配方的筛选和确定，研制油品的性能评定，说明研制油品具有高的极压抗磨性，良好的热氧化安全性，防腐性，防锈性，油水分离性及抗泡性，各项指标达到GB5903-1995规格要求。

| Abstract: | The selection of base oils and additives and the development of the formulation for heavy duty industrial gear oil were presented.The result of evaluation on performance indicated that the developed gear oils has good EP antiwear property,thermal oxidation stability,oil-water separability,rust inhibiting property,anti-corrosion and antifoaming property.The quality of the developed gear oils can meet the requirements of GB 5903-1995. |
