反应性阳离子改性剂的改性工艺探讨

摘    要:合成的反应性阳离子改性剂用于对棉织物进行改性处理,并通过正交实验法优化改性工艺条件。实验结果表明,改性的最佳工艺条件为:改性剂用量4%、pH值为9、温度70℃、处理时间40 min。织物改性后染色的K/S值有较大幅度的提高,染色牢度较好。实验中结合X型活性染料低温染色工艺,探讨了棉织物清洁染色的可行性。

Abstract:The bifunctional reactive cationic modifier was synthesized, which was used to cotton fabric's modification. Orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal process conditions. The results showed that the K/S values of reactive dyed fabric were improved under the condition of modifier at 4% ( o. w. f), pH = 9, and processing at 70℃for 40 minutes. The clean dyeing methods for cotton fabrics were researched combining with low temperature dyeing of X type reactive dyes in the experiment.
